"Annila" is a lakefront property with a south-facing beach by the lake "Virmasvesi" (10 km x 20 km, fishy with clean water). The beach has a solid, partly rocky ground. There is also a landing stage closed to the beach. The neighbor is about 100 meters away and shielded with trees.

The holiday home has a typical Finnish kitchen. This is a cozy living room with sofa, fireplace and TV, DVD and radio, combined with a very well equipped kitchen. There is an normal stove top with oven, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee machine and sufficient dishes.
(Internet connection is possible with prepaid card.)
The house has 2 separate bedrooms: one with double bed and one with 1 single beds as well as a separate toilet (bio toilet).

Also in living the sofa could be changed to a double bed.
In the laundry room there is a shower, a washing machine and a tumble dryer.
The house has electric heating and mechanical ventilation.
In the winter garden (6 m2) there is a dining table set and electric grill.

The Sauna is closed to the beach (about 10m) and a good platform to swim. Next to the sauna there is a fire place and possibility to grill.

There is also a Smoke Sauna which could be rented separately by a fee of 100 €. Next to Smoke Sauna there is a big room with a mini kitchen (freezer, oven, coffee machine and micro wave)  a TV and also a sofa which can be converted to a double bed.

A outside toilet is also available. This room can be rented by a fee of 200 €/week.

A rowing boat is available free of charge; A wooden boat with    9 hp engine and a glass fiber boat with 40 hp engine can be rented.

The nearest supermarket is in Karttula, 8 km away.
Larger shops can be found in Kuopio (54 km) and in the surroundings of Kuopio.

Kuopio Airport is 68 km away.
